Cancellations

The safety and well-being of students, staff and families remain the top priority for District 99. At this time, Cicero District 99 has decided that: 

  • ALL DISTRICT 99 SCHOOLS will be CLOSED beginning Tuesday, March 17 and are SCHEDULED to reopen Wednesday April 8.
  • ALL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, including before- and after-school clubs, athletic practices and events, and Unify Friday Open Gym (hosted by Cicero Community Outreach at Unity Junior High School), are POSTPONED INDEFINITELY

 Two people affiliated with District 99 diagnosed with COVID-19

be365 体育投注On Tuesday, March 24, the District was alerted that there were two confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the District 99 community — one affiliated with Warren Park Elementary School, and one affiliated with Abraham Lincoln Elementary School. The families are following the quarantine guidelines of the Illinois Department of Public Health, and all appropriate agencies have been notified. District 99 continues to encourage families to self-isolate through stay-at-home measures.


During the afternoon hours on Sunday, March 15, District administrators were informed that a PARENT be365 体育投注of two students who attend District 99 schools was in contact with an individual that tested positive for COVID-19.

At this time, there are NO REPORTS OF THE PARENT OR STUDENTS EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. The family is following following the recommendations from the CDC.

Cicero District 99 is working to ensure the well-being of everyone, please adhere to the guidelines per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:

Food Distribution

be365 体育投注After Governor Pritzker's "stay at home" order was put into effect on Saturday, March 21, The District had to make some changes to the Grab and Go Breakfast & Lunch Program. Read more below

MONDAY MARCH 23be365 体育投注's meal pickup included a two-day supply of breakfast and lunch.

There will be NO MEAL DISTRIBUTION for TUESDAY, MARCH 24

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25 from 8-10 a.m.

Locations will remain the same and students will be provided a THREE-DAY FOOD SUPPLY

District 99 WILL NOT be providing meals for students during spring break which is taking place

MONDAY MARCH 30 through FRIDAY APRIL 3

At Home Learning Resources

At this time, if a student has questions regarding their assignments or activities, they should reach out directly to their teachers through Schoology or Google Classroom. Teachers will be available:

MONDAY-FRIDAY between

10-11 a.m. AND 2-3 p.m.

In addition to completing the activities assigned by teachers each day, District 99 recommends that students spend at least:
